    Desired qualifications

    Ability to undertake an apprenticeship framework or standard in Revenues and Welfare Benefits Practitioner Level 4 and eligible for funding based on qualification/skills already attained

    Ability to undertake regular learning, which may include: day/block release travel to the learning provider's location (e.g. college/university); distance/online learning; and/or observations in the workplace as required.

    The learning provider will contact the successful applicant directly to arrange any additional training programme assessments/interviews.

    Demonstrates good administration skills, including knowledge of and experience in the use of the main IT applications such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    Ability to communicate with others in a range of media e.g. telephone, email, social media and other internet and web based communication channels in order to give and receive information accurately

    Ability to organise own allocated workload with line management support to meet and deliver targets and deadlines

    Demonstrates ability to work on own initiative and work effectively as part of a wider team

    Level 3 qualification or equivalent

    Good level of communication skills (written and verbal) and mathematical skills, evidenced by Level 2 pass in maths and English or equivalent qualification/experience
