Working week:

  • Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. Total hours per week: 40.00

Weekly wage:

  • £150.00

Expected apprenticeship duration:

  • 12 months

  • Intermediate Level Apprenticeship

Vacancy description:

Basic duties and responsibilities:

  • Providing IT support for customers and staff
  • Troubleshooting and error identification over the phone
  • Providing networking advice to customers
  • Creation and upkeep of training videos and other promotional material

  • Functional skills in maths, English and ICT to be provided by the training provider
