Digital and Technology Solutions – Software Engineer Degree Apprentice
In partnership with Queen Mary University of London, The Bloomberg Software Engineering Apprenticeship Program allows talented students and career switchers the opportunity to earn a full Bachelor’s degree, salary and invaluable work experience.
The 4-year program combines working in our fast-paced environment and part time study at one of the UK’s leading research-focused higher education institutions.

With new systems being rolled out daily, we make an immediate impact on global markets and we look for the best software engineers to build them. This is no different for our Apprentices.

You’ll gain excellent problem solving skills, collaborate with team members and be trusted to take ownership of your projects under the mentorship of full-time software engineers. You’ll develop both technically and professionally and your mentors will be there to guide you in your day-to-day work as you put into practice what you learn at University.
In addition to project work and educational studies, Apprentices will participate in Bloomberg tech challenges, attend tech talks and network with other apprentices, interns and placement students across the business.
Apprentices who successfully complete the programme will graduate with a Bachelor’s degree and be considered for a full time position at Bloomberg.
