Lambournes have been operating in the transport industry in one form or another for a century. We are authorised agents of all Tail Lift Manufacturers. For over 40 years we have provided a Mobile tail lift, shutter repair and hydraulic hose replacement service by the roadside, at customers premises or at our workshops in Crayford or our depot in Essex. We cover the entire South East of England for mobile repairs. We have been member of the Vehicle Builders and Repairers association for 48 years and are BS EN ISO9001:2008 accredited.

Description of Vacancy
We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is friendly and committed. You will help with all aspects of day to day office running. Supporting staff and management as necessary and taking full responsibility for certain administrative tasks. We are looking for an individual who will get involved in all aspects of running a busy office in a fast moving environment.
You will be required to support all aspects of administration in a busy office.
Answering telephone calls and fielding them to relevant staff members.
Booking interview appointments
Dealing with client queries and requests
Photocopying, printing, faxing and filing
Managing suppliers and fulfilment, maintain business supplies and stock.
General Accounts and HR support
General admin and adhoc duties
Housekeeping (tea and coffee)
£3.70 per hour
Mondays to Fridays
08-00 to 17-00
Basic computer skills
Excellent people skills
Good maths and English skills
Ability to work in an organised and structured way
Good telephone manner, polite and professional
Be capable of carrying out instructions accurately and methodically.
Good attention to detail
Well-spoken and presentable
Good communication skills
Able to work as an effective team member
Level 1 or equivalent English Maths and ICT.
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework – consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.

Therefore, you must have the means to get to your place of work on a daily basis whilst waiting for your first wages to be paid.
