Business Administrator (Apprentice)

A very exciting opportunity has arisen within our fast paced, ever growing business and we are looking for a Business Administrator Apprentice to provide administrative support across the departments.
The Business Administrator will mainly deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Installations, Merchandising and Recruitment departments depending on the needs of the business. However, they will also assist the support departments (Finance, HR, IT and Sales and Marketing) when administration support is required. This is a varied role and is a great opportunity for someone who is starting their career and looking to gain knowledge, skills and experience from working within different departments across the business.
Momentum Instore live to deliver on our client's instore brand experiences. We've worked hard to be able to keep that promise, working hand in hand with some of the nation's largest retailers and brands to deliver seamless instore marketing campaigns for the last 40 years.
The role is full time and based in our stylish and contemporary Cheshire offices.
Duties Include:
Assisting the project teams with daily tasks to ensure all allocated accounts are fully resourced and projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
Making pre-calls to clients and project validation
Supporting the Resource Managers with the journey planning of field based personnel - liaising with installers & merchandisers and coordinating their accommodation/transport requirements for projects.
Assisting with the processing of timesheets and dealing with any queries that follow.
Assisting the recruitment team with recruitment tasks for the business.
Assessing applicants on the Recruitment system
Pre-screening candidates via telephone interview. Supporting the team to arrange interviews.
Ensuring all information on the recruitment/EMS systems are up to date and accurate.
General team administration duties such as sorting the post, filing and logging paperwork, sending out paperwork, photocopying and printing various documents etc.
Performing other ad-hoc duties as required.
Skills Required:
The successful candidate must have a good telephone manner, along with IT skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office. They must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all colleagues across the business. The departments can be particularly fast paced, so the ability to work under pressure whilst retaining a high level of attention to detail is essential.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Qualifications Required: A-C Maths & English would be an advantage
Apprenticeship Title / Qualifications: Business Administration - Level 2/3 (Dependent on experience and current qualifications of the candidate)
Hours: Mon - Fri 9am 5.30pm (flexitime available)
Training: Full-time, work based Apprenticeship
Progression Routes: There may be opportunities for the right candidate to progress within the company e.g. Resource Assistant role, which will bring further remuneration and opportunities
