The HR Apprentice will be based in our Chelmsford office, working within the HR Operations team. The HR Apprentice will get involved in writing HR policies, answering HR system and benefit queries, assisting with general administrative tasks including answering daily queries sent to the HR Admin email inbox and ad-hoc project work to support the wider HR team. In addition to a dedicated supervisor at Kennedys, you will have a tutor and skills coach to ensure that you have all the support you need at work and with your studies. We offer a competitive salary paying at least the UK Living wage, giving you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn.
