We are now looking to recruit the next generation of talented apprentices. We are a growing company and are on the hunt for an Apprentice Digital Marketer to join the team. There will be an element of supporting in the delivery of events, preparation, database development. We have a small team of 5 people with some associates, a digital marketeer needs to be happy to work in a close team and "pitch" in when needed.

The Digital Marketing Apprentice will be someone who really knows how to deliver the 'wow' factor with lots of innovative ideas would be perfect for this role. You will thrive on delivering the goods, you'll have the ability to maximise opportunities and drive brand awareness for the organisation.
About the role
You will work with the team and support in a wide range of marketing activities. You will support with the Organisation's online presence and digital experiences and seek to maximise opportunities and drive brand awareness through a variety of innovative campaigns.
Reporting to the line manager you will develop the Organisation's online advertising campaigns and manage the Organisation's website, including design, maintenance and content management.
Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and passion for Digital Marketing. In this role you will support with increasing brand awareness for the company.
It is essential you have excellent written and verbal communications skills in order to manage stakeholder requirements. We want someone who can successfully initiate campaign ideas and developments for our digital marketing strategy, in order to drive quality traffic to the Organisation's websites and social media sites. Someone who is happy to answer the telephone and cold call where necessary.
Key Accountabilities
* Plan, execute and track all integrated marketing campaigns
* Increase enquiries and brand awareness by driving quality traffic to our website
* Support with Managing the websites covering design, maintenance and content management
* Initiate campaign ideas and developments to our digital marketing strategy
* Develop our online advertising campaigns
* Continually assess working methods and processes to make recommendations for improvement
* Analyse and contribute to information on the digital environment to inform short- and long-term digital communications strategies and campaigns.
* Recommend and apply effective, secure and appropriate solutions using a wide variety of digital technologies and tools over a range of platforms and user interfaces to achieve marketing objectives.
* Review monitor and analyse online activity and provide recommendations and insights to others.
* Respond efficiently to enquiries using online and social media platforms
* Builds and implements digital campaigns across a variety of digital media platforms
* Applies at least two of the following specialist areas: search marketing, search engine
* optimisation, email marketing, web analytics and metrics, mobile apps and Pay-Per-Click
* Measures and evaluates the success of digital marketing activities

Training to be provided
Advanced Digital Marketer apprenticeship standard
The successful candidate will undertake an eighteen month nationally recognised qualification through TDM
This is a work-based learning programme which will require commitment to block weeks in a training room once every quarter working towards the qualification along with weekly off the job training and monthly coaching sessions
You will be required to demonstrate through the standard that you meet all competencies and behaviours which will lead to the achievement of the qualification.
These block weeks will take place at either of our training centres, in Birmingham or Worcester, whichever is more suitable for your location
You will have a designated mentor in the workplace to support your learning and at the end of programme will be assessed via an external assessment body
This is a Level 3 qualification
Knowledge modules will include:
KM1 Principles of Coding
KM2 Marketing Principles
KM3 Digital Marketing Business Principles
MTA HTML5
