We at Sensible Staffing are currently recruiting for a new Trainee Compliance Administrator to join us on an apprenticeship scheme. You will gain excellent training and guidance from our expert team of Compliance Officers, as well as a nationally recognised NVQ course. Our aim is to train you in order to make you a skilled and qualified Administrator who will be able to progress into a full time job after your first year!
Duties of a Trainee / Apprentice Compliance Administrator
The new Trainee / Apprentice Compliance Administrator will become responsible for general administration duties, obtaining of references and contacting candidates for documentation.

Our new Trainee / Apprentice Compliance Administrator will gain an excellent and unique opportunity to get a first step in an administration role within the recruitment industry. Our aim is to get you to a point where you can progress to a permanent member of staff and ultimately take charge of your own team as well as completing a National recognised and certificated NVQ programme.

The successful Trainee will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be able to use their initiative and work autonomously, be hardworking, willing to learn and a good team player. In order to be eligible for the apprenticeship scheme, you should be aged between 16 and 24 and not have achieved an HND or degree level qualification.
