We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and customer service skills. Working within the support team, the successful candidate will provide first line support on a range of technical issues.

The successful individuals will be trained and supported to make useful contributions in the following areas:

• Customer Service, including telephone support, Customer liaison

• Windows Network, Workstation & Server Administration

• Maintaining IT equipment and systems

• Latest Microsoft Technologies

• Cloud Based Technologies

• Correspondence via email and phone calls

The apprenticeships role will include:

• Provide telephone, remote and occasional onsite support to Business customers

• First line support, logging issues as they come in and resolving them in a accordance with SLAs

• Specify and configure new equipment

During your Apprenticeship you will be working towards the Level 3 Infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship Standard and have the opportunity to complete MTA certificates in Network Fundamentals, Mobility & Device Fundamentals, Server Admin and Software Development.

You ideally need 5 x GCSE's A*-C, or 9-4, or equivalent to include maths and English. One grade D/3 in either maths or English may be accepted.
