Working week
- Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm. Working one in every three Saturdays 9.00am - 3.00pm with a day in lieu. Total hours per week: 37.50

- Answering the telephone re sales
- Dealing with clients and customers, at point of sale
- Registering applicants - Hot buyers etc
- Filing, photo copying
- Inputting data
- Logging keys into the system
- Supporting other areas of the business
- Understand the conveyancing process from start to finish including dealing professionally with solicitors
- Money Laundering, Data Protection, Property Misdescription, EPC Legislation, Estate Agents Act
- Vendor Contact
- Vendor Feedback
- Advertising on Rightmove, lawrencecopeland.com, photos and floor plans
- Time management, duty of care
- Creating an offer, reporting an offer and filling in relevant forms
- Negotiating and closing a deal
- Chain management
- Managing the mailing list
- Development sites and New Developments (DTB Land and New Homes, Quantum Portfolio investment properties)
- Confirming funds for prospective buyers/Mortgage referral and proof of funds
- Money laundering training and process
