Working week
- Monday-Friday 8:45am-5pm with 1 hour lunch Total hours per week: 37.50

- £150.00 - £200.00

Vacancy description
Duties to include:
- Greeting clients on arrival and directing them to the appropriate fee earner
- Switchboard duties
- Maintain central diaries and making appointments when required
- Ordering and delivering outgoing mail
- Updating legal reference materials
- Relief typing/secretarial duties
- Ensuring file management is in accordance with Quality Procedures Manual, LAA Contract and Lexcel/SQM requirements
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment
- Contribute to maintaining and improving office procedures
- Ensuring compliance with Equality and Diversity Policy
- Any other duties which from time to time are required by the firm
