- Managing queries and tasks escalated by 1st/2nd line client support team
- Assisting with set-up and maintenance of client sites in Rakuten marketing's attribution platform
- Analysis and investigation of issues that may arise through the data processing pipeline
- Ensuring imported data is collected and processed daily
- Monitor infrastructure and systems with internal tools
- Communicate and collaborate with others
- Updating internal documentation when required
