As our Data Analyst you will be supporting the management team to improve our business intelligence to allow better and more informed decision making, ultimately helping us take the business to the next level.

Your main duties will include:
  • Generating financial reports for all departments across the business
  • Creating and writing new reports to build business intelligence
  • Sales data analysis to identify customer, product trends and sales conversion rates
  • Cost data analysis e.g. pricing
  • Communicating findings to key decision makers in the business by producing easy to digest reports
  • Stock analysis e.g. fast and slow moving stock
  • Developing your own knowledge of IQ (our ERP system) with the support of the Director/Finance Manager and becoming the "go-to" person for simple system queries
  • Building KPI and sales target dashboards in IQ for different teams across the company
  • Working with the Finance Manager to develop sales and purchasing forecasting to support cash flow

Supporting the Director with any ad hoc tasks in relation to analytics or IQ management
