What you will do in your working day

Our Software Testing Apprenticeship is ideal for those who wish to pursue an IT/computing career and learn whilst earning at the same time. You will apply the technical skills that you learn in the classroom into the workplace and could work in a range of testing roles at CGI. You can expect to study modules such as the below plus more!

· Testing Tools & Testing Concepts

· ISTQB Foundation Software Tester

· Programming

The training you will be getting

You'll study for a Level 4 qualification with our training provider, Firebrand training. You can expect to study a range of modules that will benefit your IT career! What's even better is this learning is complemented by on-the-job training on real projects at CGI. What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

At the end of your apprenticeship, you will have achieved a Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship in Software Testing. You have a permanent contract from day one so you continue to work for CGI after you have completed your apprenticeship. You'll also benefit from a competitive starting salary and all the support you need to succeed. We'll even provide the course resources and materials required!
