  • Requirements and prospects Desired skills
    • In depth knowledge in IT and Cyber Security principles, best practices and a knowledge of the latest Cyber technologies and global threats
    • In depth Ability to effectively analyse, research and interpret data from technical, vendor or cyber reports and communicate the requirements to colleagues
    • Provide cyber advice, best practice, and solutions to technical problems to colleagues. This includes the IT design forum
    • Skilled at developing strong and effective working relationships with others
    • Proven Ability to use a range of research methods to understand technical issues and solutions
    • Must be able to interpret IT system events and system log files to create a forensically sound report for critical Information Security Incidents in case evidence is required for external authorities
    • Resourceful and not easily defeated during sometimes tricky and challenging situations
    • Proven Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing highly technical and complex information with a range of audiences, at an appropriate level to recipients' understanding
    • Sound IT Skills and an understanding of standard office applications
