  • Requirements and prospects Desired skills
    • Recent relevant experience in either a workplace or through studying a relevant course
    • High level IT skills in Microsoft Office and Office 365
    • Proven track record of delivery/management/co-ordination of communications and marketing activities
    • Good understanding of print production, website editing and other marketing platforms
    • Experience of operating showcad sound and lighting equipment (software and hardware)
    • Proficient in the use of digital photography and recording, plus storage and transmission of images to enhance materials
    Personal qualities
    • The initiative to drive the role forward and to act on your own initiative, working independently to generate results without the need for constant guidance
    • Ability to relate well to children and adults
    • Ability to ensure the needs of the business and its stakeholders are met
