37.5 HOURS PW, FULL TIME, PERMANENT
Saint Francis Hospice is looking to appoint an experienced Helpdesk Support Person to join our ICT Dept.

The prime role of the ICT Assistant will be acting as a first point of contact for in-house support calls and resolving via telephone, e-mail and in person, responding & answering in a timely and accurate manner, logging all calls on our in-house system & providing reports.
Duties will include installation of pcs, laptops etc., assisting with training on Microsoft packages and assisting the ICT Team in the maintenance and development of the Hospices ICT system.
An excellent knowledge of pcs and printers, Windows 10, VOIP (voice over internet protocol) is required with experience of Active Directory, Exchange and Server Administration & Microsoft Office Packages. Excellent communication skills are essential.
To be considered you must be a highly motivated person with a genuine passion for IT.
You will be working in a busy environment providing support services to 300 users.
