The Project Management Higher apprenticeship programme, accredited by the Association of Project Managers (APM), combines high-quality classroom training with on-the-job experience to transform you into a skilled project manager. The programme prepares you to plan and execute internal or customer-facing projects on time and on budget.
On successful completion of the programme, you will gain the following qualifications:
• Higher Associate Project Manager Level 4
• PMQ APM (IPMA Level D)
• Agile Foundation
As an Associate Project Manager, you will forge strong effective relationships with the functional experts in our consumer team, develop relationships with other Vodafone functions and encourage alignment, support the presentation of the functional area and articulate the functional proposition to Partner Managers.
You will also develop a good understanding of the functional product catalogue, as well as contribute to updating the Partner Account Plan. You will support our Business Development Managers in managing a number of Partners across markets, depending on priorities, and typically manage a number of projects concurrently.
What you will need
• Have achieved a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (including Maths and English Language)
• Have completed your Level 3 studies (A-levels, BTEC Level 3 or Level 3 Apprenticeship) by September 2018
• Ideally a Level 3 qualification in a Business-related subject
• Be eligible to work in the UK and will not be in full-time education by September 2018
• Have lived in the UK and/or EU for 3 years prior to September 2018
