This is a fantastic opportunity to obtain your Business Administration level 3 with the world’s largest chemical company, BASF, UK headquarters are based in Cheadle. During the apprenticeship you will learn and develop your skills, knowledge and behaviours within a business context.

3 Vacancies are Available

UK Travel & Facilities Team:

  • To meet internal customer requirements by providing support with general questions and issues
  • You will provide support with implementation of the Online Booking Tool, give booking assistance to travel arrangers and travellers, prepare trend analysis and expenditure reports, provide training to new employees and update the internal intranet site
  • Part of the role involves working with the expense team within finance, as well as being involved in the arranging of site events and providing administration support to the UK & Ireland Facilities Manager

UK IT Team: 

  • To meet internal customer requirements by providing admin support and responding general questions and issues
  • You will provide support with IT Asset maintenance
  • IT license management
  • Produce excel reports
  • Carry out data analysis and manage the new employee process to ensure that all IT tools and equipment are available

BTC (European sales organisation):

  • To meet customer requirements by processing and responding through a variety of communication mediums
  • Including processing incoming internet enquiries, processing sample orders and providing administration support to colleagues
  • You will work with Account Managers to resolve customer queries and collect and record market potential data and alongside the Business Support Manager to support with business projects
