Systems and Payroll Apprentice
About the role
Suitable for someone interested in Business Administration. You will be assisting in the processing of employee data and supporting the payroll function. The main duties are keyboard based and involve processing key personal data, you will also assist in development and deployment of the HR System throughout the business helping to ensure we remain compliant with current legislation.
You will be required to process employee personal information into the HR & Payroll system, this will include bringing successful candidates from the recruitment module into the HR & Payroll modules and processing leavers from said systems. You will be expected to manage email enquiries, ensuring answers are provided in a timely manner. Enquiries will, in the main be concerned with system and till access for users, reference requests from external contacts and general pay enquiries.

Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm. 1 Hour unpaid lunch break. 25 Days annual leave.
Good communication and teamwork is essential, we have a small team of 4 and there are 200+ stores throughout the UK, Ireland and USA and you will be dealing with enquiries from them all.
An understanding of Microsoft Office would be useful.
Educated to 'A' Level standard, GCSE Maths & English.
