Main Duties:

  • Drafting and placing adverts using a range of different websites
  • Receiving applications
  • Arranging pre-screening interviews/registrations
  • Checking references and arranging interviews
  • Calling clients and candidates for updates on business activity/job searches
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Sending and receiving emails/letters
  • Ensuring all messages reach the correct recipients
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents
