Vacancy description

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work within the recruitment industry. You will have a variety of different responsibilities including: 

  • First point of contact for the business with prime responsibility for answering and managing all incoming calls, including the effective re-direction to relevant area of business or alternative source of support
  • Management of all face to face (candidate experience), telephone and electronic enquiries- including responding to all CVs sent through to generic email address and forwarding when necessary to the relevant consultants
  • Effective initial discovery session with all candidate walk-ins, including the re-direction to relevant business areas or alternative source of support
  • Creation of candidate registration packs to support booked registrations to include the creation of relevant TSA and Contract of Employment (SED) for booked candidates
  • Initial briefing with all candidates attending registration in relation to completion of paperwork to include obtaining relevant documentation such as Proof of Right to Work

Office support:

  • To manage the signing-in of all visitors to include a Health and Safety briefing for all internal guests
  • Ensure that all public areas and meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy
  • Management of diary system for meeting rooms, including the initial set up for all registrations and internal meetings. This may include organising refreshments / catering if required
