Leading Consultancy in Colchester are looking for an ambitious Graduate to join their growing Analyst team. My client has seen tremendous growth over the past ten years delivering CX implementations and Oracle solutions to a variety of blue-chip organisations across the county. The company are entering an exciting phase and they are now offering a position in their Analyst team to a recent Graduate from a Computing or related Degree.

The role will see you working with the wider teams to help configure applications to meet customers' requirements to improve their customer experience space whilst providing post-implementation support and resolving any software issues that may arise. You will also be working closely with the software provider to learn new applications, software enhancement and product development in order to provide customers with the best service. Furthermore, my client is committed to providing an environment which will improve your professional career with full training on their products and additional training to help improve your skill set. The role will suit a recent graduate who is looking to start a career in the consultancy space as the company offer a progression plan which will leave you well placed to venture a career as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.

To be successful you will have achieved a 2:1 Degree or higher ideally within Computer Science or IT related degree. Similarly, applications from non-Graduates will be considered if they can demonstrate previous development/programming experience in a commercial or freelance environment with examples or online portfolio to back this up. Specific technologies aren't essential, however, experience using C#, Java or other languages will put you in good stead in order to adapt to the configuration tools used. Being within the consultancy space, you will need to be well-presented and be able to communicate well with others as the company encourage the teams to collaborate to come up with new ideas.
