What can I look forward to?

As an Actuarial graduate you'll play a pivotal role in our business working alongside some of the most qualified actuaries and analysts in the industry. You'll learn how to analyse data, assess risks and build models that will drive intelligent decision-making. As well as spending time with senior figures that will help to advise and develop your career.

It's a three-year programme and as our Actuarial graduate you could be based out of a number of our UK offices. But no matter what office you're in, you'll get to learn from some of our most talented colleagues in the business, who will inspire and guide you to be your best. You can look forward to a comprehensive support and study programme and what's more, your achievements will be rewarded with regular reviews and pay increases. You may even have the opportunity to work abroad - we are a global company after all!

  • A minimum 2:1 degree (predicted or achieved) in a numerical undergraduate discipline
  • At least 112 UCAS points - BBC grades (or equivalent) from 3 A-level subjects excluding general studies, including minimum A-grade in Mathematics A-Level
  • A-C grade in Maths and English GCSE
  • An analytical approach to work
  • The personal dedication to further your education with professional qualifications

Initial eligibility for this programme is determined by the following:

  • Right to work in the UK Status
  • Having obtained a minimum of grade 4 (c) in GCSE Math & English (or equivalent for applicants outside of the UK).
  • Having obtained a minimum of 112 UCAS points from 3 A-Level subjects excluding General Studies (or equivalent for applicants outside of the UK).

  • Obtained or on course to obtain a 2:1 or higher from your Bachelors degree (or equivalent).
  • Having obtained an A grade or equivalent in A-Level Math
  • Completing a numerical Bachelors degree.
