DWP has also been listed in The Times Top 50 Employers for Women 2022, and we won 2 awards for our Digital Voices programme, which helps women build confidence and skills, in the Civil Service Diversity & Inclusion Award in 2019 and Diversity Initiative of the Year 2020.
