Job Title: Learning and Organisational Development Apprentice

Location: Dunstable

Contract: Two year fixed term - 35 hours per week

The Role:

At Aldwyck we're passionate about creating an environment in which everyone can thrive and flourish. We've recently launched our Aldwyck Academy, an exciting new approach to how we deliver all of our learning, development, and employee engagement work. And we'd love to support an apprentice as part of this. Someone who wants to grow and develop their understanding of business, someone who is passionate about learning, and someone who wants to help us find new and exciting ways delivering our learning and development work.

We're looking for a Learning and Organisational Development apprentice who can join us and get the development they need to achieve a level 3 business administration apprenticeship.

You will be supporting the delivery of the Aldwyck Academy through meticulous planning, amazing customer service, and fantastic attention to detail. This role ensures that the Academy delivers its operational promises and creates an incredible learning environment.

Our new Apprentice will be working with our excellent Academy Co-ordinator, Academy Advisor and Academy Manager. You'll be warmly welcomed to the team and given as many opportunities to learn, as well as supporting us in delivering amazing service to all our colleagues across Aldwyck.

We'd love to meet someone with:

* Five grade 4 or above GCSE's or equivalent

* Good problem-solving skills

* Excellent verbal communication skills

* Strong IT literacy who knows their way around a spreadsheet and loves data

* Good attention to detail
