- Also have 4 GCSE's grade D/4 or above including maths & English or equivalent.

You will receive on the job training and support to achieve the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Programme. Our apprenticeship scheme is an ideal opportunity for you to earn while you learn.

The successful candidate will be supporting the directorate with all the administrator skills.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities:

- Undertake a range of clerical duties including, filing, photocopying, typing, scanning and uploading, franking of post.

- Accurately input and retrieve data on the relevant electronic system, in a timely manner in line with the standard operating procedures.

- Ensure good customer service by providing a professional and effective service by dealing with queries from service users, carers or staff in person or on the telephone, convey messages and transfer calls as necessary while maintaining confidentiality at all times.

- Arrange meetings as and when required.

- To communicate effectively and liaise with a wide range of staff, service users, and visitors.

- Use electronic patient records as appropriate and as instructed, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

- Provide a high quality reception service, receiving visitors and booking rooms.

- Typing of letters, summaries and reports.
