As the company grows there is an opportunity for a brand new Apprentice to be a key part of our success and develop a range of professional skills in the process.
Description of Vacancy
This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with a unique product range and an exciting, dynamic vision.
Working from a busy office in the heart of Folkestone, you will play a key role in the smooth-running of the business, helping contribute to a success story that already boasts a client list including Netflix, Sony and Amazon.
With guidance and support from a dedicated mentor, your typical tasks will include:
– Managing inbound and outbound telephone calls
– Sample stock management, collation and sending
– Logistics
– Spreadsheet / data collection and support
– General daily showroom maintenance
There will be plenty of scope for your role to evolve as you develop in your role and work towards obtaining your Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.

Wage
£180.37 per week
Minimum of £4.81 per hour but package to be discussed.
Hours
37.5 hours per week
Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00
Includes an hour unpaid lunch break each day.
20% paid time during working hours is given to complete training, referred to as “Off the Job Training”
Skills Required
ICT / spreadsheet skills, phone communication and time management
Personal Qualities
Approachable and able to work at a pace.
Qualifications Required
Minimum Grade C / 4 in English and Maths GCSE
Training Provided
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Standard Business administrators have a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied in all sectors. This includes small and large businesses alike; from the public sector, private sector and charitable sector. The role may involve working independently or as part of a team and will involve developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services. Business administrators develop key skills and behaviours to support their own progression towards management responsibilities.
