Location: This is a hybrid working opportunity with the need to visit our office based in Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove, and to attend college once a week for support with your Level 3 Business Administration Qualification.
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Starting salary of GBP230 per week with clear progression through apprenticeship to GBP330 per week at qualification
Hours: 35 Hours Per Week (Mon - Fri 9-5)

About you
We are looking for someone who would like to join our team and kick start their recruitment career, learning from our current team members whilst completing an apprenticeship with an external provider. You'll need to show evidence of the following:

Responsibilities:
As a recruitment apprentice, you'll be a vital link between our Hiring Managers and candidates. You will be involved in assisting the team in varied aspects, including recruitment, client support and administration. Responsibilities will include:
* Developing a good understanding of the brands within Polaris - what they do, their work culture and environment
* Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts internally
* Posting and monitoring vacancies via external job platforms
* Receiving and reviewing applications, and creating a shortlist of candidates for Hiring Managers
* Candidate sourcing
* Liaising with Candidates over the phone and email
* Reviewing CV's and conducting telephone interviews
* Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
* Ensure the hiring manager has all necessary interview information - interview questions, application forms, in preparation of the interviews
* Informing candidates on interview feedback
* Build rapport and deliver excellent customer service at all times
* Client and candidate confidentiality
* Complete various administrative duties relating to recruitment
* Manage recruitment folders and distribute recruitment paperwork securely
* Submitting successful appointments to HR
* Liaising with HR with regards to on boarding and checks
Additional Duties
* The post holder will be expected to demonstrate that the Company's Values are at the centre of all they do.
* The post holder will be expected to undertake training and development deemed necessary for the pursuance of the post.
* The post holder will be expected to reach a minimum basic standard of I.T. competence to be able to use Company electronic systems effectively.
* The post holder will be expected to ensure to comply with Equal Opportunities Policy and Procedure in all employment practices.
Essential Requirements:
* GCSE/equivalent in Maths and English - this can be completed alongside your qualification if not already obtained
* An understanding of the use of IT and electronic communications including Microsoft Office
