What do you need?

One of the best things about an Apprenticeship with us is that you don’t need to have previous experience in working in finance or an office environment. However, we do hope that you’ll share our interest in Finance.

We treat people as individuals. We want a range of abilities, from practicality and problem-solving to precision and creativity. That goes for diversity too. We want a workforce as diverse as the communities we serve and value the experiences that you bring to our business.

We therefore keep our list of essential requirements to a minimum, but there are a few things needed to qualify for our programme:

  • Minimum qualification requirements are:
    • Minimum 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) Grade A*-C. Must include Maths and English
    • A-Level Maths grade A*-D.
  • Available to commence employment with Amey by the start of September 2022 at the latest
