Job Details

As an Apprentice Customer Service Team Leader at Paddy Power you will be working towards the Customer Service Specialist Level 3 qualification alongside your daily roles and responsibilities.

Your daily roles and responsibilities will include;

- Stepping up and guiding operations in the absences of the Shop and Assistant Manager.

- Being responsible for all shop operations including opening and closing procedures.

- Taking and processing bets.

- Keeping and maintaining shop presentation standards.

- Ability to adapt to different situations while staying completely customer obsessed.

- Play by the rules by complying with Social Responsibility duties.
