APPRENTICE ADMINISTRATOR

REQUIREMENTS

Ideally over the age of 17 years

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

 

  • 3 GCSE’S one of which must be English language
  • Computer literate
  • Looking to develop within a career in administration or an office environment
  • Able to commute to Direct House, Greenwood Drive, Runcorn, WA7 1UG

 

APPRENTICESHIP WOULD BE SUITABLE FOR SOMEONE

 

  • With a keen eye for detail
  • Who is looking to develop their skills in both Word and Excel
  • Wants to develop their organizational skills
  • Wants to work as part of a team

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANTS

 

  • Various administration tasks including but not limited to:
  • Undertaking tracing and searching activities
  • Logging of payments onto case management system
  • Accurately inputting data
  • Opening, scanning & sorting of incoming correspondence
  • Setting up new cases onto case management system and supporting various internal teams
