APPRENTICE ADMINISTRATOR
REQUIREMENTS
Ideally over the age of 17 years
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3 GCSE’S one of which must be English language
- Computer literate
- Looking to develop within a career in administration or an office environment
- Able to commute to Direct House, Greenwood Drive, Runcorn, WA7 1UG
APPRENTICESHIP WOULD BE SUITABLE FOR SOMEONE
- With a keen eye for detail
- Who is looking to develop their skills in both Word and Excel
- Wants to develop their organizational skills
- Wants to work as part of a team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANTS
- Various administration tasks including but not limited to:
- Undertaking tracing and searching activities
- Logging of payments onto case management system
- Accurately inputting data
- Opening, scanning & sorting of incoming correspondence
- Setting up new cases onto case management system and supporting various internal teams
