Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade C / 5 or above) Essential
- Monitor, evaluate and improve the management of data and information
- Support central record improvement/maintenance and data quality across Education & Inclusion services including implementation of configuration changes within Capita ONE
- Support data integration initiatives matching Education & Inclusion services data with that from other directorates and external partners
- Support reviews of management information and strategic reporting requirements
- Design, create and support data capture forms through products such as Google Forms for collection, collation, and analysis
- Provide support to school users of the LA data traded service system (Perspective Lite) and liaise with suppliers where necessary
- Support the processing of attainment and contextual data from statutory returns into the LA pupil attainment system (Nexus), undertaking data quality checks as necessary
- Assist with ensuring schools have met their statutory duties with regard to assessment returns, making contact with schools if necessary
- Update existing Crystal Reports and SSRS reports to address minor changes to user requirements (after appropriate training)
