In this Level 4 Hospitality Manager Apprenticeship you will take part in a wide range of experiences all designed to develop you knowledge, skills and behaviour.

Career progression within any of the groups properties to a general manager role on completion of apprenticeship (or before for a strong candidate).

Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent English and Maths (Grade 4 / C or above) Desired
- To train team members to be polite, smart and attentive of customer needs at all times and go the extra mile
- To manage the team to achieve consistently excellent customer service
- To encourage the team to be lively and enthusiastic
- To maintain high service standards and esure the team know what is required
- To manage and have support the GM for all cash handling, banking and safe procedures, always following company standards
- To ensurecleanliness of all service areas and ready for customers use
- To encourage the team to engage with customers wherever they can (ask for feedback on their meal, helping out wherever possible, bringing drinks to the table, helping with pushchairs, carrying trays)
- To maximise sales and customer experience by having great product knowledge and upselling where possible.
- To ensure immaculate presentation and yourself and the team.
- To manage product quality and product shelf-life checks
- To support the GM with all duties in a busy hotel environment.
