What will the apprentice be doing?

On a day-to-day basis you'll be involved with supporting the following activities: (Don't worry if you are not sure what all the below means right now, as long as you are willing to learn, we will offer full training and support so you can be successful in the role and in the apprenticeship qualification.)
  • Supporting with the administration of the company's ISO Management systems.
  • Assisting with expanding the scope of the existing 9001 accreditation.
  • Ensuring system management documentation is upto date
  • Database administration.
  • Learning basic reporting skills.
  • Providing information and guidance to the business.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Regulatory Compliance Officer Level 4

This is an online programme where you will be supported by attending virtual training sessions and have regular development meetings with your tutor.

The apprenticeship is 18 months in total. 15 months practical period and 3 months End Point Assessment.

Your End Point Assessment will be:
  • 90-minute knowledge exam
  • 2-hour observation of professional practice based on a practical scenario
  • 30-minute professional discussion (underpinned by portfolio)
