Job Details

Lifetime Training Group are looking for a proactive and outgoing individual to join their Finance team as a Client Funding Administrator Apprentice. You will be completing a Business Admin Level 3 apprenticeship over the duration of 18 months alongside your daily roles and responsibilities.

Reporting to the Senior Client Funding Co-ordinator in the Finance Team, you will support the Finance and Operations teams, but will also support our Client and Compliance teams, by carrying out the following duties;

- Ensuring that all non-levy learners are uploaded to clients Apprentice Service accounts.

- Managing exports to create efficient weekly and monthly summary reports on learner funding discrepancies.

- Provide ad hoc analysis on key themes and issues.

- Year end tasks driving date mismatches down and ensuring minimal payment variations.

- Liaising with both internal and external contacts to ensure programme learner date is aligned.

- Guiding non-levy clients through levy set up where needed.

- Data correction (Lifetime data vs Apprenticeship Service data.)

As well as;

- Working collaboratively with other teams to suggest improvements to existing processes and to ensure standard processes and procedures are understood and adhered to.

- Maintaining learner and client information in line with GDPR.
