Duration of Apprenticeship:
The main responsibilities for this job would be to provide administrative assistance to the team to help the project run smoothly. They would aid with the management of key projects and make sure that all admin such as risk assessments, talent licences, and permits are completed ahead of a filming day or project commencement . They will work with the Account Manager to make sure any clients are updated on key information and provide assistance to the wider team including the company director, creative director, videographer, finance department and editor. They will work with our management software in order to keep the progress of projects up to date, and will assist with projects’ production management from time to time. They will be supported and coached through this exciting role by the Account Manager.
As A Business Administration Apprentice with BPP, you will undertake the Business Administrator Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship.
The apprenticeship will be delivered through a blend of live online learning, pre-recorded lectures and workplace support.
• 5 GCSEs (including English and maths) or equivalent,
Personal Qualities & Skills:
Be driven and keen to learn on the job in a creative environment and to develop further knowledge of the media sector and company. We expect you to get involved, to ask questions, and to contribute with your opinions.
Experience of the Microsoft Office suite such as Word and Excel for the creation of documents and budgets.
Experience of Dropbox and Vimeo, and knowledge of monday.com would be an advantage.
Potential for a permanent position.
Progression within the Account and Production Management departments, as well as Operations.
