Apprentice Theatre Administration Support Officer

Contract: Length of Apprenticeship

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

We are looking for a well organised and motivated individual to join the Theatres team.

You will need to have strong organisational skills and be a confident communicator ideally with administrative experience and able to work with complete confidentiality. The role involves giving support to the theatre team with their administrative tasks, and will include inputting of information onto various IT systems accurately, managing staff diaries, typing of letters and reports, stock ordering, filing, having a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, answering telephone calls and receiving visitors to our department.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent keyboard skills, who will pay close attention to detail and be able to remain calm and professional under pressure. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is able to work on their own initiative.

Hours are 37.5 hours per week to be worked over 5 days, Monday to Friday.
