What will the apprentice be doing?
Day-to-day work elements will include:
administrative functions relating to change control, customer feedback, supplier complaints and control of non-conforming products;
carrying out quality system audits throughout the business;
participating in risk assessments for products and processes;
communicating across all areas of the business, suppliers and customers;
quality control processes;
involvement in continuous improvement activities.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The Apprentice will be given full training by our friendly, professional team to deliver their responsibilities efficiently and with integrity - showing a positive attitude.
Level 4 - Quality Practitioner
Functional Skills if required
A 100% tailored training and assessment program will be delivered to support you throughout your Apprenticeship, topics covered include-
Quality Planning, Assurance and Control, and Continuous Improvement.

Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) Essential
Things to consider
The Quality Practitioner will work alongside the Quality Engineer, Quality Control and Technical teams, reporting to the QARA Manager, to ensure that Regulatory Affairs and Quality Systems are maintained in accordance with industry standards and certification requirements.
