You need to be the kind of person that loves helping customers and making a difference every day. A great listener and communicator who can identify customers' needs and provide a solution in a professional and empathetic way.

The role will be office based and we will ensure that you have all the tools and equipment you need to undergo and complete the training necessary to fulfill your role.

This role can be used as a stepping stone to other employment opportunities within the business. We currently have a number of staff working a wide variety of roles. Once the apprenticeship is completed, further training can be arranged with a move to a more senior role.

At 1 Plus 1 Loans you will be working towards your Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 standard over the duration of the next 15 months
