What will the apprentice be doing?

Working with over 25 schools our services include PE lessons, before and after school clubs, lunchtime clubs and holiday activity clubs. Supporting TFG and partnership programme Kidz Zone Club, you will benefit from an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience delivering over 20 activities working mainly with children from ages 4 - 12.

During the term time you will be based at one school from 12.00pm - 6.00pm delivering a lunchtime sports club, assisting the teachers with PE in the afternoon, and delivering your own Sport or activity within the after school club.

During the school holidays you will work at a sports camp coaching a variety of different sports and activities.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 4 sports coach

Level 2 NGB

Weekly tutor session delivered online with practical observations, option to come to head office to complete weekly session

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Full time employment as PE and sports coach with ourselves, a school directly, further education, community based organisation
