What will the apprentice be doing?
You will receive ongoing training which will enable you to become a product expert across the suite of Automotive products. This is a home based working role which requires a high level of self-motivation.
Role
Salary: £18,000
Incentive Reward: In line with the company bonus scheme.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and grow sales into an existing base of Automotive accounts through relationship building, regular contact and sales negotiation.
Conduct regular customer reviews.
Set own appointments and manage own diary.
Ensure accurate and timely management updates and reports.
Maintain Salesforce database at all times with orders, activity and account contact information.
Achieve annual sales targets and objectives set by the business.
Manage contractual documentation to ensure full compliance.
Identify and sell the appropriate product into each ccustomer, maximising margin opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, within both the sales and operational team as well as key departments.
Own your own learning, with the support of your line manager and a structured training program.
Identify new prospects and build and manage new business pipeline.
Convert incoming company enquiries to become active Copart Sellers
Follow the Copart Automotive processes at all times.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Paragon Skills is a leading national Apprenticeship training provider, supporting over 4,000 learners and 1,500 organisations. Paragon Skills has some of the highest success and achievement rates in the industry. It has an Ofsted Grade 2 Good rating and an overall achievement rate of 71.4%, exceeding the national average of 65.6%. Using a blended approach, learners are always at the forefront of our priorities. All learners are assigned a Personal Tutor who will be their main point of contact. This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study. This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 18 month apprenticeship you will have gained; Level 4 Sales Executive
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
There are various roles within the Regional Sales team which can provide opportunities to develop sales skills, as well as movement into other specialist sales departments within the business.
