Our award-winning graduate and apprentice programmes have been designed to be just as inspiring as the next generation of vehicles you'll help produce. In fact, we've designed our early careers programmes for you to shape the future with us. With opportunities right across our business, you'll use your creativity to bring new ideas to life, develop specialist, commercial and project skills and push the boundaries of your potential.

What to Expect

This is where our inspiration, and yours, comes to life. Join us as a Computer Aided Design Graduate, and you'll be working right at the cutting-edge - utilising the world's most advanced technologies in state-of- the-art facilities.

Computer Aided Design (CAD) involves creating geometric solutions that capture and embed component designs into computerised form, for use throughout the company. You'll be responsible for delivering these geometries to customers within the core departments. This could involve scoping out the projects, developing a suitable design, agreeing that design or building the appropriate geometries.

In this role, it's important to develop new methods, tools and procedures, to improve our use of CAD data internally and make different departments' day-to-day work easier. You'll be heavily linked to our Component Engineers, who you'll work closely with to develop components and system solutions.

And with ongoing support from industry-leading experts and opportunities to gain further skills and qualifications,(e.g. CEng), you'll be the one keeping us out in front.

We have a wide variety of roles that span across our engineering function. Although you're applying specifically to this team, if you're successful there will be opportunity for you to express which other areas of the business you're interested in. This will help us to determine where your best fit may be.

What You'll Need

Excellence runs throughout our entire business and we expect you to be the same. So, as well as having an Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Geometry and Design; Computer Science, or Computer Game Development degree at 2:2 level or higher, you'll also need drive, creativity, a keen eye for detail and a never-ending commitment to delivering results.

Whatever your role, you'll discover our dedication to developing excellence runs throughout the business. Your innovation and creativity will be challenged every day, as you develop a rigorous and commercially focused approach to your work.

With ongoing support from industry-leading experts, you'll quickly realise the schemes have been designed to be just as inspiring as the pioneering vehicles you'll help produce.
