There is the intention for a full-time role to be offered to the suitable and successful candidate upon completion of the apprenticeship. Future progression routes may be available.

Training to be provided:

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15 month apprenticeship which includes 10 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.

About the role:

Your key responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Assist with the production of the weekly storage reports, save correctly and accurately and print where necessary
Assist with the production of the weekly invoices, add to the smartsheet and accurately enter the breakdowns
Assist with running storage macros for month end invoicing, checking, saving, adjusting as needed and printing
Assist with month end invoicing - checking invoice spreadsheets, raising templates, raising invoices on SAP, inputting sales and breakdowns, scanning, copying, prepare invoices to be sent to customers
Inputting invoices on customers portals
Assist with workload for other invoicing and purchasing tasks as required
Assist with other tasks as required to support in other areas of the business including HR and quality
Completion of a business administration apprenticeship at level 3
Awareness of H&S, fire drill and first aid policies
Adhering to CPG quality processes (PID - Process Instructions Documents)Benefits:
