Using a computer system to identify parts, process quotes & orders, you’ll be handling customer enquiries on the counter as well as corresponding by email and telephone.
- Advising customers
- Processing orders and customer returns
- Serving customers on the trade counter
- Receipting stock, checking and locating in warehouse
- Performing deliveries
- Picking and dispatching orders
- Attending trade events
- Various activities to further develop the branch’s business
During your apprenticeship, you will be studying towards your L2 Customer Service Practitioner award, delivered by Professional Apprenticeships, who were voted the region’s best training provider and have achieved the highest Ofsted rating.
During this level 2 apprenticeship, you will learn the basics of customer service, the customer experience, systems and processes, understanding customer needs and so much more.
