Who you’ll be working for:

Infovista helps fixed, mobile and broadband communications service providers (CSPs) and IT-intensive enterprises improve customer experience, reduce customer churn and deliver differentiated services, while increasing the capital efficiency of their infrastructure.  

Location:

The position is a hybrid role, requiring the apprentice to be in the office three days a week.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can learn new things quickly while also able to work independently on various program tasks. The Digital Marketing Apprentice will report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing. This is a central role working closely with product marketing, marketing communications, and key stakeholders across the business.

The role would suit an enthusiastic, confident, self-starter with ambition, drive, a 'can do' attitude, and attention to detail. Keen to learn, the ideal candidate thrives in a busy, customer-focused, fast-paced environment and relishes challenging objectives. In addition, this role will be suitable for candidates who are passionate about social media and the advertising world.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing paid ads campaign on Google, LinkedIn, and other ads platform
  • Regularly checking and testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance
  • Creating and building monthly reports for digital campaigns and website performance
  • Contributing to enlarging Infovista’s footprint on social media (new channels, new type of content, social media campaign management)
  • Publishing the content on the website and adapting the formats to the various platforms
  • Copywriting content for Ads, websites, and social media

You will need the following skills:

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an interest in analytics reporting
  • Successful track record of diligence, project ownership, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in managing social media channels would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Any other language(s) they master would be a great asset
  • Keen to learn and passionate about digital marketing
  • Prior exposure to Google Analytics/Google ads/LinkedIn Ad/Facebook Ads is a bonus

Entry requirements:

The entry requirements for this programme are as follows:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • The learner must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

37.5 hours per week

Future prospects:

92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
