Job Details

This role will involve working closely with the UK Developments Team and the Group Developments Team. As the Development team expands the need for a well organised Admin Assistant would provide much needed resource. You will help the Developments team with Purchase Orders, Contacting Suppliers, Collating information for project hand overs and help in chasing costs from contractors and suppliers

responsibilities include:

- To provide full secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the Finance Director

- Key point of contact for site risk issues

- Contact contractors and suppliers

- Organise delivery of direct orders

- Assist raise purchase orders and send out purchase order numbers

- Assist and coordinate Operations Manuals on completion of works

- Keep works tracker up to date

- Site Communication regarding development issues.
