Upon completion of the programme, you'll be supplied with your own tailored progression plan. This will give you direction, structure and training support you need to take your career in IT development at Wren in the direction you want such as:

- Work with key business area SMEs, senior stakeholders and management to absorb our business processes
- Understand our culture and develop your skills
- Responsible for analysing and investigating business processes.
- Understand data and business information needs and document requirements for digital and business change solutions as part of a Scrum team

- Internal IT induction
- Scrum Master training
- Jira training
- Data Analysis training
You will achieve a Level 4 Business Analyst apprenticeship standard on completion of your training.
