What will the apprentice be doing?
  • Work within the WYFRS Project Framework processes and protocols.
  • Support development and updating of project documentation including timelines, project status reports, change control documents, risk / issue / decision logs and evaluation reports in consultation with the Senior Project Manager.
  • Use the provided ICT software to develop and update project documentation.
  • Support the development of key deliverables utilising the SMART objectives approach.
  • Understand the scope of the project.
  • Be aware of organisational impacts of change.
  • Identify potential stakeholders and support development of a
  • Stakeholder Engagement Strategy and Communications Plan.
  • Arrange meetings and support communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project stakeholders named within project forms are current accounting for role changes.
  • Support the establishment of internal and external dependencies resulting from or impacting on projects.
  • Monitor the project to ensure that the objectives are delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed levels of quality so that the business benefits will be realised.
  • Contribute towards completion of impact assessments.
  • Produce accurate and precise documentation.
  • Attend meetings and work flexibly, autonomously and without supervision when required.
