At LDN Apprenticeships, we believe that young people are remarkable and that they have the potential to help businesses achieve remarkable things.

We’re here to help you start a career you will love. From our awesome Career Kickstarter events, to our brilliant digital apprenticeship programmes and our community of hundreds of ambitious apprentices – everything we do is designed to help you succeed.

9 out of 10 of our apprentices end up in full-time work or going to university once they’ve completed their apprenticeship. Many receive great pay rises during and after their apprenticeship and all take a huge step towards a brighter future and a brilliant, fulfilling career.

Instead, we focus on helping people to harness their #EEWAP, and we structure our recruitment process around face to face interactions and a personal touch. We are passionate about breaking the norm and challenging how organisations recruit their future champions.

So what does #EEWAP mean?

E – Energy

E – Enthusiasm

W – Willingness to Learn
